AT HOMEGROWN LUXE OUR MISSION IS to ensure you enjoy a collection of products you love and trust, our family spent several years living overseas in two different countries due to military orders. While living in both SOUTH africa and the uae we learned how blessed we were to be american and yet how unnecessarily needy we were. It was then we began to identify less with things. We also began to take a greater interest in the things we used and consumed. In addition, The poverty we witnessed overseas was unimaginable in the united states and yet an inspiration.these people had grit and happiness despite their circumstances. The people in africa were true entrepreneurs. They could turn an old bike rim into art which in turn sold for a profit to feed their families.this was motivating and inspiring.

We always knew we wanted to start our own business, Work for ourselves, and leave something for our children but just what we were going to do hadn't come to us yet. We had tossed around a few passions just before moving overseas but the move put a halt on things. So, while abroad we researched business and entrepreneurship. When we came home our focus was adjusting back to american living and getting back into a routine here. In doing so we were able to garden, build, and diy a lot of our own cleaning products again. This is when we decided to try making our own soap. We made the mistake of reading the ingredients on our bodywash and at that moment decided it wasn't for us. It may have been the explanation for things like dry skin, breakouts, and dandruff. Nonetheless, we made our own and shared it with family and friends. 

ANd this is when we knew we were ready to take a leap of faith a start our own business. With fear as our fuel and God as our light we are now sharing one of our passions with you.

Our goal is to grow slowly to ensure quality and trust. We are choosing to avoid advertising and SOCIAL MEDIA and have decided to depend solely on word of mouth.
